Cat eye effect- whirlpool

Create a Cat-Eye shimmer and glitter effect with this gel polish. Apply it on top of a dark base color and be creative with your effects using the cat eye magnet (sold separately).

Net content: 1/2 oz (15ml) 

How to use:

1. Apply base coat and lamp dry.
2. Apply one coat of dark gel color (We suggest DD002-Jet Black) and lamp dry.
3. Apply one coat of 3D cat eye gel and manipulate the magnet close to the nail without touching the gel. 
4. when achieving desired design, lamp dry
5. finish with clear top coat.
